We welcome you to Alice in Wonderland's amazing fairytale world, co-organised by the Garden of Lights and the 250-year-old Botanical Garden ELTE Füvészkert. Fall with us through the Rabbit Hole straight into an amazing adventure! Meet the Cheshire Cat who will tell you about the power of imagination and discover that nothing is impossible! Talk to the Caterpillar and discover the possibilities that open up for you when you let your imagination run wild! Experience how poor the world would be without imagination at a Mad Tea Party! And finally, help the Queen of Hearts regain her imagination! Step into the glittering world of fairy tales full of colorful lights!

The Garden of Lights is an unrivalled multimedia exhibition where you can take a walk through the magnificent botanical gardens, accompanied by an incredible spectacular light and sound show - dazzling your senses and suddenly you become part of the fairytale. The Polish creators of the exhibition aim to take the 'fairy tales of light' around the world. This season, the production has come to Budapest as part of this initiative, and it's a wonderful way to spend a winter evening for everyone. Internationally, a total of 1,200,000 visitors have enjoyed the show so far - don't miss out!

Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than HUF?

We accept cash payments only in HUF. Card payment can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the visit, until it is punched. When buying a ticket at the ticket office, remember that prices depend on the date of your visit, so tell the cashier when you want to visit us.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

A single ticket is valid on the day of the selected tour date until it is punched. A season ticket is valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Can I buy group tickets?

We do not sell group tickets.

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have a season ticket on sale. Take a look at our price list.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refunds are possible only if the exhibition is closed for reasons beyond our control us, caused, for example, by the occurrence of force majeure, which prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure such as electricity. Details can be found in our regulations.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

Yes, we have a special ticket for him for 100.00 HUF.

Can tickets be purchased at the box office?

Yes, the ticket offices open 15 minutes before the exhibition opens.

Does the Garden have a discounted ticket for people with disabilities?

Yes. Discounted single ticket Mon-Thu. 3800.00 HUF and on Fri, weekend and holidays 4100.00 HUF. A discounted season ticket valid daily for the entire duration of the exhibition costs 7900.00 HUF. The guardian is also entitled to a discount.

FACILITIES

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

We invite you to take advantage of the catering offer. There are food and beverage outlets in the park, offering snacks and warming drinks, among other things. You are not allowed to bring your own food to the exhibition area and there is a total ban on smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. We only accept payments in HUF currency at catering outlets. We also accept contactless payments

Can Garden of Lights attractions be used by people with disabilities?

Yes, the alleys are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

We are sorry, but there is no such place in the exhibition area.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Is it possible to take photos and videos on the Garden of Lights grounds?
