It is a great opportunity for families to spend some time together among attractions that stimulate imagination and encourage exploring. Everyone can immerse themselves in magic and mystery for a while.

Access can be made by car, you can find parking lots in the nearby streets. We also recommend public transportation, the following transit lines have routes that go near Alexandru Borza Botanical Garden: Bus: 24B, 30, 9, 22, 35. Train: R. Trolleybus: 6, 3, 4, 4N, 32B, 25

Persons with disabilities are served out of turn. The exhibition area is unfortunately not conducive to wheelchair users.

The exhibition is accessible for people with disabilities thanks to a special route, adjusted toilet and queue-free service.

Please remember that it is an outside exhibition. Check the weather before our visit and dress accordingly.

Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than RON?

We accept cash payments only in RON. Card payment can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the visit, until it is punched. When buying a ticket at the ticket office, remember that prices depend on the date of your visit, so tell the cashier when you want to visit us.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

A single ticket is valid on the day of the selected tour date until it is punched. A season ticket is valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Can I buy group tickets?

We do not sell group tickets.

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have a season ticket on sale. Take a look at our price list.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refunds are possible only if the exhibition is closed for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by the occurrence of force majeure, which prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure such as electricity. Details can be found in our regulations.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

Yes, we have a special ticket for him for 2 RON.

Is there parking in the area?

Unfortunately, there is no public parking in the area. You can park on the streets adjacent to the Garden.

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

We invite you to take advantage of the catering offer. There are food and beverage outlets in the park, offering snacks and warming drinks, among other things. You are not allowed to bring your own food to the exhibition area and there is a total ban on smoking tobacco products and electronic cigarettes. At catering outlets, we accept payments only in RON currency. We also accept contactless payments.

Can Garden of Lights attractions be used by people with disabilities?

Unfortunately wheelchair access is not possible.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

Yes, the toilet has a changing table.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

What are the opening hours of Garden of Lights?

During the term: 15.11.2024 - 16.02.2025 we are open for you on weekdays from 17:00-21:00, and on weekends and holidays 16:00-21:00.
The exhibition will be closed only on December 24 and 31, 2024.

How long does a visit take?

Book a minimum of one hour, but if you want you can stay longer with us.
