Opening hours and dates

The exhibition is open from November 14, 2025, to February 15, 2026. It is recommended to reserve at least one hour for a walk through the garden.

🚲 By bike – Bike racks are available at the main entrance (Scheibenstraße) and the side entrance (Rennbahnstraße, VfL). 
 
🚋 By public transportation – 
Tram lines 12 and 15 (Scheibenstraße stop) 
Tram line 16 (Sebastianstraße stop) 
 
🚗 By car – 
From the city center (Ebertplatz): Drive approximately 10 minutes on Neusser Straße, then turn right onto Scheibenstraße. 
From outside Cologne: From the A1, take the Köln-Niehl exit, then follow Industriestraße toward the city center. At the roundabout, turn right onto Bremerhavener Straße, then left onto Neusser Straße. Follow the signs on site. Parking spaces are available.

The exhibition is accessible for people with disabilities.

How to dress?

Please remember that it is an outside exhibition. Check the weather before our visit and dress accordingly.

Animals

Dogs on a short leash are allowed in the show. The dog owner takes full responsibility for their pet.

Can I buy tickets in advance and how long are they valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the chosen day of visit until the entry scan. 

How long is an online ticket valid?

A single ticket is valid on the chosen day of visit until the entry scan. A season ticket is valid during the entire exhibition period until February 15, 2026. 

Are there group tickets?

Can I buy a season ticket?

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

Yes, our box office opens 15 minutes before the exhibition begins.

Yes, there are free outdoor parking spaces directly in front of the entrance to the Hippodrome.
