Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than PLN?

We accept cash payments only in PLN. Card payments can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the tour, until it is punched.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

Are there group tickets?

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have a season ticket on sale. Take a look at our price list.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refund is possible only in the case of closure of the exhibition for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by force majeure that prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure (such as electricity). Details can be found in our regulations.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

Yes, for children up to 100 cm tall we have a ticket for 1 zloty.

Can I rebook my ticket?

Yes, it is possible to reschedule your appointment, ask your consultant for details.

Can tickets be purchased at the box office?

Yes, the ticket offices open 15 minutes before the exhibition opens.

Is there parking in the area?

Yes, you can park in the welcoming, free parking lot of the M1 Shopping Center.

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

Please do not bring your own provisions. There are food outlets in the garden area, where we offer snacks and warming drinks, among other things.

Can Garden of Lights attractions be used by people with disabilities?

People with disabilities have priority to the ticket offices and to the entrance. The area is adapted for sightseeing, with flat and wide alleys. Toilets are also adapted.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

Yes, there is a room for a parent with a child in the exhibition area.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Is it possible to take photos and videos on the Garden of Lights grounds?

How to get to Garden of Lights?

You can reach us by streetcar lines No. 1, 14, 22, to the M1 Aleja Pokoju stop, then cross the street towards Park Lotników and head right about 30 meters.

What are the opening hours of Garden of Lights?

25.10.2024-10.11.2024 we are open on weekdays from 17:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00.
11.11.2024-02.02.2025 we are open on weekdays from 16:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00.
03.02.2025-02.03.2025 we are open on weekdays from 17:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00.
The exhibition will be closed only on December 24 and 31.

Can photos taken at Garden of Lights be published?

How long does a visit take?

Book a minimum of one hour, but if you want, you can stay longer with us.

Can children of all ages be brought along?

Yes, our exhibitions are enjoyed by every age group.

Is there a restroom in Garden of Lights?

Yes, free toilets are available in the exhibition area.

Is it possible to eat, drink or buy a souvenir in the Garden?

Yes, we have prepared a catering offer especially for our guests. On the day of your visit, ask the exhibition staff about the available offer of catering outlets.

What should I do if I lost something in the Garden?
