Ticket refund is possible only in the case of closure of the exhibition for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by force majeure that prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure (such as electricity). Details can be found in our regulations.
Yes, for children up to 100 cm tall we have a ticket for 1 PLN.
At the entrance to the exhibition area, there is a paid parking lot managed by Arkonka - 2 PLN per hour of parking. There are also public parking spaces nearby at the fields of the Aronia sports club and at the forest parking lot.

Yes, the alleys are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
Unfortunately, this is not possible, there are only portable toilets in the garden area.
Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
25.10.2024-02.02.2025 we are open on weekdays from 17:00-20:30, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00. 03.02.2025-02.03.2025 we are open on weekdays from 17:30-20:30, and on weekends and holidays from 17:00-21:00. The exhibition will be closed only on December 24 and 31.
