The Garden of Lights can be reached directly by taking the 139 bus from the “Metro Wilanowska” stop and getting off at the penultimate stop – “Ogród Botaniczny”, located right next to the main gate at 2 Prawdziwka Street.

Underground:

To the “Kabaty” stop or by 710, 724, 742 bus to the “Borowa (NŻ)” stop, then 2 stops by the 139 bus or around 10 minutes on foot to the main gate.

The Forest Gate is closed during the winter.

Parking lot:

There are 700 parking spaces at the exhibition area.

One-off parking fees regardless of the duration of your stay:

Passenger car – 10 PLN
Bus with more than 9 people – 30 PLN

Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than PLN?

We accept cash payments only in PLN. Card payments can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the tour, until it is punched.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

A single ticket is valid on the day of the selected tour date until it is punched. A season ticket is valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Is the Large Family Card accepted at Garden of Lights?

We do not participate in the program: Large Family Card.

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have a season ticket on sale. Take a look at our price list.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refund is possible only in the case of closure of the exhibition for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by force majeure that prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure (such as electricity). Details can be found in our regulations.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

Yes, for children up to 100 cm tall we have a ticket for 1 PLN.

Can I rebook my ticket?

Yes, it is possible to reschedule your appointment, ask your consultant for details.

Can tickets be purchased at the box offices?

Yes, the box offices open 15 minutes before the exhibition opens.

IMPROVEMENTS

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

Please do not bring your own provisions. We have specially prepared a catering offer for our guests. On the day of your visit, ask the exhibition staff about the available offer.

Yes, the alleys are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

Yes, there is a restroom with a changing table in the exhibition area.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Is it possible to take photos and videos on the Garden of Lights grounds?

Of course 😊 At the Garden of Lights you can take photos and videos. We'd love it if you tagged us.

How to get to Garden of Lights?

You can get to us directly to the Botanical Garden stop by bus line 139. By subway to the station 'Kabaty', then by cab to the address Prawdziwka 2 or by bus line 710, 724, 742 to the bus stop Borowa (NŻ), then 2 stops by bus 139 or about 10 minutes walk to the main entrance.
Entrance is possible only through the main gate from 2 Prawdziwka St. The forest gate is closed.

How long does a visit take?

Book a minimum of one hour, but if you want you can stay longer with us.

Yes, our exhibitions are enjoyed by every age group.

Yes, free toilets are located at the entrance to the exhibition.

Is it possible to eat, drink or buy a souvenir in the Exhibition area?
