People with disabilities are served out of line. The forest area is not conducive to wheelchair access.

Our exhibition is located in a forested area, so it can be significantly difficult for people with mobility disabilities to get through the exhibition. People with disabilities are served out of line. There is an adapted toilet in the exhibition area.

How to dress?

Please remember that it is an outside exhibition. Check the weather before our visit and dress accordingly.

Animals

Dogs on a short leash are allowed in the show. The dog owner takes full responsibility for their pet.

Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than EUR?

We accept cash payments only in euros. Card payment can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the visit, until it is punched. When buying a ticket at the ticket office, remember that prices depend on the date of your visit, so tell the cashier when you want to visit us.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

A single ticket is valid on the day of the selected tour date until it is punched. An unlimited entry ticket is valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Can I buy group tickets?

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have unlimited entry tickets on sale. Take a look at our price list.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refunds are possible only if the exhibition is closed for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by the occurrence of force majeure, which prevents the opening of the exhibition or technical failure such as electricity. Details can be found in our regulations.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

A child under 100 cm enters for free.

Can I rebook my ticket?

No, tickets are not rebookable.

Can tickets be purchased at the box office?

Yes, the ticket offices open when the exhibition opens.

Does the Garden have a discounted ticket for people with disabilities?

Yes. A single discounted ticket Mon-Thu costs EUR 7.00 and on Fri, weekends, and holidays EUR 11.00. A discounted multiple entry ticket valid daily for the entire duration of the exhibition costs EUR 20.00. The guardian is also entitled to a discount.

Is there parking in the area?

Yes. Parking spaces are located along Meža prospekts street (from the zoo entrance). However, we suggest reaching the Garden by public transportation - (bus line: 9, 11, 48, streetcar line: 11).

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

We invite you to take advantage of the catering offer. There are food and beverage outlets in the park, offering snacks and warming drinks, among other things. You are not allowed to bring your own food to the exhibition area and there is a total ban on smoking tobacco products, electronic cigarettes, and consuming alcohol.

Can Garden of Lights attractions be used by people with disabilities?

Yes, the alleys are adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, however, there are some points in the woods that may not be easily accessed.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

Yes, we have space available. Please contact the staff of the Garden of Light, who will accompany you to the place where you can wrap the baby in warmth.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Yes, but dogs must be kept on a short leash, and the owner must ensure that the dog does not disturb other visitors or damage the exhibition elements. The dog owner bears full responsibility for his animal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Is it possible to take photos and videos on the Garden of Lights grounds?

Of course 😊 At the Garden of Lights you can take photos and record videos. For professional video shoots, please send your request to marketing@gardenoflights.com. Each request is considered by us individually.

Our Garden is located in Mežaparks, Northern District, Riga, Latvia, Ostas prospekts street. Get there by 🚆 Tram lines No. 11 or 🚌 Bus lines #9, 11, 48.

What are the opening hours of Garden of Lights?

During the dates: 18.10.2024-17.11.2024, we are open every day from 17:00-21:00. For the period 18.11.2024-02.02.2025, we are open every day from 16:00-21:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00. For the period 03.02.2025-02.03.2025, we are open every day from 17:00-21:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00. The exhibition will be closed only on December 24 and 31, 2024. Please note that our garden may be closed due to fatal weather conditions, we encourage you to follow our web page and social media to stay up to date.

Can photos taken at Garden of Lights be published?

How long does a visit take?

Book a minimum of one hour, but if you want, you can stay longer with us.

Can children of all ages be brought along?

Yes, our exhibitions are enjoyed by every age group.
