From Asia to Wroclaw

Garden of Lights is an educational exhibition where light creates unforgettable spaces full of colours and shapes. Go to Wild Asia thanks to luminous installations and meet the most famous animal species from the continent in a new, multimedia version.

There will be animals from various climate zones, from Borneo equatorial tropical forests through the Himalayas to the Arctic Circle areas. By visiting the light shows, you can support Sumatran tigers in their natural habitat. This exceptional species has become the ambassador of our exhibition – we donate PLN 1 from each ticket to save them; the money goes to WildCats Conservation Alliance supported by the DODO Foundation.

Garden of Lights is a place where the worlds of imagination, technology, and creativity meet. It is a space that connects generations, creating unforgettable memories.

Can I pay for my ticket with a currency other than PLN?

We accept cash payments only in PLN. Card payments can be made in any currency - it will be billed according to your bank's price list.

Can a ticket be purchased in advance and how long does it remain valid?

A single ticket can be purchased in advance. It is valid on the day of the visit, until it is punched. When buying a ticket at the box office, remember that prices depend on the date of the tour, so tell the cashier when you want to visit us.

How long is a ticket purchased online valid?

A single ticket is valid on the day of the selected tour date until it is punched. A season ticket is valid for the entire duration of the exhibition.

Is the Large Family Card accepted at Garden of Lights?

We do not participate in the program: Large Family Card.

Can I buy a combination ticket for the Zoo and Garden of Lights?

As much as possible! The Family Ticket to the Zoo&Garden of Lights is a combined ticket priced at PLN 380.00, which allows single entry to the Wrocław Zoo and the Wild Asia Exhibition. The ticket is for two adults and up to three children (up to 21 years old) or students (up to 26 years old, provided one of the guardians is their legal guardian). The Zoo can be visited within 30 days of purchasing the ticket, while Garden of Lights can be visited until March 2, 2025. Tickets can be purchased at box offices or online.

Can I buy group tickets?

Is it possible to purchase a ticket for the entire season?

Yes, we have a season ticket on sale. Take a look at our price list here.

Can a purchased ticket be returned?

Ticket refund is possible only if the exhibition is closed for reasons beyond our control, caused, for example, by force majeure that prevents the exhibition from opening or technical failure such as electricity. Details can be found in our regulations here.

Should I buy a ticket for an infant?

Yes, for children up to 100 cm tall we have a ticket for 1 PLN.

Can I rebook my ticket?

It is possible to change the date of the tour - for this purpose, please contact the hotline or via e-mail info.wroclaw@gardenoflights.com.

IMPROVEMENTS

Is there parking in the area?

Our guests can use the IASE surface parking lot and the BUDIMEX underground parking lot at the Centennial Hall for a fee. The parking fee is according to the price list of the facilities.

Can I bring my own food and drink into Garden of Lights?

Please do not bring your own provisions. We have specially prepared a catering offer for our guests. On the day of your visit, ask the exhibition staff about the available offer.

Can Garden of Lights attractions be used by people with disabilities?

Yes, people with disabilities have priority to the box offices and to the entrance. The area is adapted for sightseeing, the alleys are flat and wide. Toilets are adapted.

Is there a place on the Garden of Lights grounds where I can change my baby?

Yes, the changing table is located in the restroom at the entrance to the exhibition.

Is it possible to enter the Garden of Lights area with a pet?

Out of concern for the welfare of pets, pets are not allowed in our exhibitions with the exception of guide dogs. The light and sound effects are intended for our human guests and may not be tolerated by domestic pets. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Is it possible to take photos and videos on the Garden of Lights grounds?

Of course 😊 On the grounds of Garden of Lights you can take photos and videos. However, we ask you to keep in mind that there are animals living in the garden. We encourage you to take photos with forethought and ask you to avoid using flashbulbs near the animals so as not to disturb them. Remember to tag us when you add something on social media. Thank you for your understanding and we wish you to enjoy your time in our Garden.

What are the opening hours of Garden of Lights?

25.10.2024-10.11.2024 we are open on weekdays from 17:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 17:00-21:00. 11.11.2024-12.01.2025 we are open on weekdays from 16:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 16:00-21:00. 13.01.2025-02.03.2025 we are open on weekdays from 17:00-20:00, and on weekends and holidays from 17:00-21:00. The exhibition will be closed only on December 24 and 31.

How long does a visit take?

Book a minimum of one hour, but if you want, you can stay longer with us.

Can children of all ages be brought along?

Yes, our exhibitions are enjoyed by every age group.

Is there a restroom in Garden of Lights?

Yes, free toilets are located at the entrance/exit to the exhibition.

Is it possible to eat or drink in the Exhibition area?
